A Time for Every SeasonThe weekend coming - the last weekend of October - sees the official end of Summer Time (or Daylight Savings Time) in Cyprus and throughout the European Union - and, in fact, much of the rest of those parts of the world that follow daylight saving. Fall back, Spring forwardThis means that in the small hours of Sunday morning, 25 October, the clocks will go BACK by one hour. And while the mornings will become lighter from next week, the evenings will be that much darker – winter is truly on the way. For more on Summer Time (and a handy table listing the dates on which other countries change their clocks - invaluable if you're doing cross-border business) see AngloINFO's INFOrmation Page on Daylight Savings Time. And to get precise daily sunrise and sunset times, along with the day’s temperatures, wind speed and its direction, have a look at the AngloINFO Weather. You also get an extended five-day forecast and a recent satellite image showing the weather on the way. Featured Advertiser
