There are many small ports, marinas, yacht harbours and fishing shelters along the coast of Cyprus although long term berths can be hard to come by. The two marinas are Larnaka Marina and St. Raphael Marina. Larnaka MarinaThe marina, like the port, is one of the few official points of entry to the island. Those arriving or departing by yacht can complete Customs and Immigration formalities at offices in the marina. There is berthing for 450 yachts but berths are available by reservation only. In the winter the marina is generally full. There are several private brokers, chandlers, refit and engineering and launch and hauling companies in the marina area. The marina is located at 34° 55' N - 33° 38' E. The depth of the waters in the port ranges from 1.5 metres to 4.0 metres with a mud and sand seabed. St. Raphael Resort & MarinaThe marina and hotel are near the port town of Limassol. For a fee, yacht arrivals and departures can complete Customs and Immigration formalities at offices in the marina. There is easy access to town by by shuttle bus, public bus or taxi. Cars can be hired at the resort and parking facilities are adequate. The marina has 237 berths accommodating boats up to 30 metre LOA and 4 metre draught. Berthing includes access to the resort facilities and booking is essential. Berths can be reserved by the day, week or month (rates are available on the marina website). The marina is located at Latitude 34° 42' N Longitude 33° 10' E. and is well-protected from weather and high seas.
