AngloINFO Cyprus Update

Bricks and Mortar

Whether it's a dream, an investment opportunity or simply the practical need for a family home, many people come to the point where they want to find and buy a house in Cyprus. Like many things, this process is complicated, with a sequence of specific steps to take. The better prepared you are the more likely you are to get the right place at the right price.

Step-by-step guidelines

AngloINFO's INFOrmation Page, Buying a House or Property in Cyprus, explains each step of the process, from the point at which you've identified a property to buy through completion of the sale.

Cyprus has proved to be a good location for the investment purchases. You can find out more about the buying process with the INFOrmation Page Buy-to-Let and Investment Property in Cyprus. Or If you harbour the dream of creating your own, new home, you can read up on the process on AngloINFO's page Buying to Build in Cyprus

But before that can happen you need to find that property. In the Property & Real Estate category of The AngloFILE you'll find English-speaking property agents who know the area and represent local properties for sale. If you've found a place you like but are unsure about its condition, you can select a surveyor to undertake a home inspection or an architect to consult on alterations. You can also find an architect to draw up plans for a new build.
