The Flight Plan
Despite increasing concerns regarding its impact on global warming, and increasing attempts by individuals and organisations to reduce their "carbon footprint", air travel remains the most convenient (and often the only practical) way of getting from one country to another, or even around the same country.

AngloINFO provides convenient links to the airports serving the region. Wherever possible there are links to real time flight information and other useful facts.

- Need to find out what airlines fly into the region? Private charter or scheduled flight? See The AngloFILE category Airlines: Scheduled Flights & Charter.
And if you're moving around in the Euro Zone you'll need to know about the latest security measures and baggage restrictions. You can either refer to your airline's own website or have a look at the EU Airport Security Rules page although do be aware that each airport (and indeed each check in desk) may implement these rules slightly differently.
Finally, getting to or from an airport can sometimes feel like the longest and most complicated part of the trip.
